Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship all orders via USPS, DHL, SPEEDX, GOFO within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
