1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. [1]
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Geographic Limitations: We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
- P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Cotton Chronicles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
